About 5 years ago I suddenly found myself 30 pounds overweight. Someone shared a picture of me on Facebook and I just couldn’t believe what I saw. I just looked ROUND! During my life I had diets that I’ve followed; some for quick weight loss, low carb, no carb…I think I had nearly tried them all. But this time, nothing seemed to work. I just couldn’t budge the weight. I went in search of something new and thought a medically supervised diet would be the way to put myself back in check. As many others did, I found the HCG Diet and decided to try it. For me it was the right medicine at the right time. Though I do credit the HCG diet for success in my weight loss plan, I believe what is more important is that while I did my research to utilize HCG, I continued to learn from the doctor and read more about fitness and just plain eating healthy. The research I did and the tips the doc was able to share have allowed me to enjoy eating differently, maintain the weight I reached and really feel balance in my life.
