Eat fresh foods whenever and as often as you can.
Stay away from processed foods unless you absolutely have no other choice.
Monitor your intake of sugar(s) and salt.
Take good supplements – B-complex, B-12, Probiotic, Magnesium & Potassium (for these minerals you may want to check your blood levels with your medical advisor) – for me these all contribute to feeling energetic and help to maintain my current weight.

Here are some of the health benefits and suggestions to seek out laughter and brighten your day. (This email is longer than usual so if you don’t have time to read I understand….find some laughter anyway. But some of the suggestions are to spend time with funny people, play with kids and to “Not take yourself too seriously; find ways to laugh at yourself” too.
Have a great day and find some laughter!
“Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and emotional state support good health.”
~ Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D.
- Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
- Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
- Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
